February of 2025 saw Dangerous Toys inducted into the 9th Annual METAL HALL OF FAME,based in Garden Grove, Ca. The ceremony was held at the Anaheim Convention center, during the NAMM SHOW, Feb. 22, 2025.

The Metal Hall of Fame is a non-profit organization dedicated to enshrining forever, those iconic musicians and music industry executives who are responsible for making Rock and Metal music what it is today.

" A complete and total honor" say singer Jason McMaster. "The Metal Hall of Fame" board of directors put names on the cutting board, a unanumous decision to have Dangerous Toys honored for the award came down late 2024. I got the official induction letter, and then called rest of the guys" said Jason.Drummer Mark Geary's reaction gave a great chuckle to the group with humble response- "Wow, from my kitchen, to the Metal Hall of Fame". referring to the fact that in late 1987, the band started to write songs and rehearse for shows, in Marks' dining room/ kitchen area in south Austin, Tx.

The band members traveled to Anaheim the morning of the ceremony, with friends and fillmakers, Pennyrock Productions. The film crew documented the entire involvement of Dangerous Toys involvement within the festivities, from red carpet interviews, to the acceptance speech. Also oin hand to accept the award, was long time dangerous Toys manager, Time Heyne. Pennyrock Productions is to put together a 30 minute short documentary of the adventure, in the near future.

The Metal Hall of Fame has inducted some of metal s' historic pioneers of the genre, as well as well known rockers needing to be recoginzed for huge achievement. Some of these artists are - MARTY FRIEDMAN, CARLOS CAVAZO, RAVEN, HELLOWEEN, RIPPER OWENS, BIOHAZARD, DOYLE(Misfits), TWISTED SISTER, RIKKI ROCKET, DARRELL "DIMEBAG" ABBOTT, VOIVOD, ONSLAUGHT, TOM MORELLO, EDDIE TRUNK to name more than a few.
